Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully. You will be charged 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits paid will be valid only after one cancellation. We are a small business and value our clients. Please be mindful of our staff & their time . There is a 15 minute grace period. If not checked in within that time your appointment will be canceled and you will get charged the 30% cancellation fee. This will throw our staff’s scheduled appointments off and we will not be able to properly attend you.
